The Long Island Fringe Festival will be back in town on September 17, 2016 hitting the main stage of Tilles Center for the Performing Arts. Long Island Fringe Festival is assembling year eight by gathering the most talented performers for this celebration of the arts on Long Island with its presentation “UnLimited D8A”. Comic Stevie GB hosts the evening’s festivities, which will feature a mix of music, dance and comedy. In addition to Stevie, we will have the “World’s Fastest Talking Woman” Fran Capo, FrankTheBaldguy from the melodic metal band “For The Kill” performing an unplugged set, poet, magician and musician Jay Jii and dance groups from North shore to South. The show will also include a tribute to the first Poet Laureate of Nassau County, Maxwell Corydon Wheat Jr.. Arrive by 5pm for an exciting pre-show party filled with many surprise performance poetry and visual artistry as we again push the boundaries of Long Island’s creative envelope.
Activities start at 5pm in the Atrium with unique and possibly unusual experiences! Artisans and artists are bringing their creations to the public for purchase, leading into an evening of spontaneous experiences. The public is also invited to view our annual art exhibit in the Patrons Lounge that will be on display until the closing reception on October 09, 2016 at 6pm.
Individual tickets for the evening performance are $15.00. Tickets are on sale at the Tilles Center Box Office, by phone at TILLESCHARGE 516-299-3100 and online at and www.ticketmaster.com . For more information about Long Island Fringe Festival please visit our FACEBOOK page at –
