Meet the Artists! Refreshments served. Open to the public.

This gallery exhibit features the work of Best in Show artists from juried East End Arts Gallery shows that took place during 2015. The public is invited to attend this free event and have the opportunity to meet the artists and see a larger body of their work; refreshments will be served. Featured artists are:

Julian Ansell – mixed media artist from Riverhead, NY and East End Arts member since 2014; Best in Show winner in the “Cartoon” juried exhibit for his mixed media piece titled Largely Ceremonial
Diana DeSantis – pastel artist from Whitestone, NY and East End Arts member since 2015; Best in Show winner in the 4^th Annual National Art Competition & Exhibit: “The Figure” for her soft pastel on gator board artwork titled John
Jonathan Pearlman – found objects sculptor from East Quogue, NY and East End Arts member since 2011; Best in Show winner in the “Novel Materials / New Techniques” juried exhibit for his sculpture Dale Evans
Jacqlyn Rogers – painter from Greenport, NY and East End Arts members since 2010; Best in Show winner in the “Abstract & Almost Abstract” juried exhibit for her acrylic painting Insight

East End Arts Gallery Director Jane Kirkwood comments: “This show gives last year’s winners the opportunity to exhibit a larger body of work so visitors to the gallery leave with a stronger sense of, and connection to, the artist and his/her art.”
